›Is the first reading really free? Do I need a card?
Yes, completely free. When you download the app, your first palm + birth chart reading is free with no card required. A subscription is only needed for daily forecasts and unlimited readings.
›How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you subscribe on the web, the first 7 days are completely free and your card is not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing. If you don't cancel, your chosen plan (weekly $2.99 or monthly $9.99) starts automatically and renews each period.
›How and in which currency are payments taken?
Payments are processed by our secure payment provider Lemon Squeezy in your local currency, taxes included. Localised pricing is supported in 130+ countries. Your card details are stored only by Lemon Squeezy and never reach Soulmaper's servers.
›How does the app recognize my web subscription?
Sign in to the app with the same Google or Apple account you used when purchasing on the web. Your subscription is linked automatically. If you use a different account, it won't appear.
›How do I cancel my subscription?
You cancel where you bought it. If you subscribed on the website: log in to this site, click your avatar in the top right and choose 'Cancel subscription' — web subscriptions can only be cancelled here. If you subscribed inside the app: on iPhone go to Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions, on Android go to Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions.
›How do I join the affiliate program?
Use the application link on our affiliates page. Once approved, you get your unique tracking link and earn a commission on every subscription.
›I can't download the app — what should I do?
Use the App Store for iPhone and Google Play for Android. soulmaper.com/get automatically sends you to the right store. If the issue persists, write to us.
