Terms of service

1. Parties and acceptance
These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the Soulmaper website (soulmaper.com) and the Soulmaper mobile app (together, the 'Service'). By accessing or using the Service you accept these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. The Service is not directed at persons under 18.
3. Accounts and sign-in
Registration and sign-in are available only through your Google or Apple account; we do not collect a separate email/password. You are responsible for all activity under your account. For a web purchase to be recognized in the app, you must sign in to the app with the same Google or Apple account.
4. Scope of the service
Soulmaper generates AI-assisted palmistry and astrology interpretations and daily, weekly and monthly forecasts from the palm images you upload and the birth details you provide. We may change, add to or discontinue features of the Service from time to time.
5. Entertainment content — not professional advice
All palmistry, astrology and forecast content in the Service is provided for entertainment and personal guidance only. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological or any other professional advice; always consult a qualified professional for such decisions.
6. Subscriptions, free trial and billing
Weekly and monthly subscription plans are offered. New web subscriptions include a 7-day free trial; unless cancelled before the trial ends, the chosen plan is charged automatically and auto-renews for the same period at the end of each term. For web sales, the Merchant of Record is Lemon Squeezy; billing, taxes and currency conversion are handled by Lemon Squeezy, and prices are shown in your local currency. In-app purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the respective store's terms.
7. Cancellation
The cancellation channel depends on where you purchased the subscription: • Subscriptions purchased on the website are cancelled only on this site: after logging in, open the account menu in the top right and choose 'Cancel subscription'. • Subscriptions purchased inside the app (App Store / Google Play) are cancelled in the respective store's Subscriptions section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
8. Refunds
For web purchases, refund requests are evaluated under the refund policy of Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. For in-app purchases, refunds are subject to the policies of the respective store (Apple/Google). Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. User content and license
The palm images you upload and the birth details you enter remain yours. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process this content solely to provide the Service (to generate your readings). Do not upload images of another person's palm without their explicit consent.
10. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to use the Service unlawfully; to violate others' rights; to attempt unauthorized access; to reverse engineer; to scrape data with automated tools; or to disrupt the operation of the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation.
11. Intellectual property
The Soulmaper brand, logo, design, software and the content generated by the Service belong to or are licensed by Soulmaper. You receive only a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right of use; content may not be reproduced or distributed beyond personal use.
12. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party services such as Google and Apple (authentication), Supabase (infrastructure) and Lemon Squeezy (payments). Their own terms and privacy policies apply; we are not responsible for third-party outages.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. No express or implied warranty is given that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soulmaper is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Soulmaper, including reasonable attorneys' fees, against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service.
16. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect after termination.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced on the site and the 'Last updated' date is revised. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the current Terms.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, the consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction. Consumers residing in the EU retain their rights under the mandatory consumer protection rules of their home country.
